This challenge contains five core lessons:

  1. Self-Love
  2. Calm Your Nervous System
  3. Intermittent Fasting

  5. Joyful Movement

I recommend completing one lesson each day over the course of 5 days (but you can move at your own pace if you prefer).

Each lesson contains a workbook, video lesson, and bonus tips to support you during the challenge!

I’ll also be sending daily emails to keep you moving forward in the challenge.

Download this goal planner! It’s important to set your goals and intention for this challenge, know your why, and make a plan so you can be successful. Use this goal planner worksheet throughout the challenge and save it to use with other goals in your life.

We talked about self-love. When in doubt, love is the answer. The focus on forgiveness for self and others, service, self-love, gratitude, and compassion.
